Life Orientation Adventure Camps

An ideal component for a well rounded Life Orientation programme. During the camp, learners will be given the opportunity to explore actively many of the topics covered in the Life Orientation curriculum. Each learner will be encouraged to participate within a group and to take on leadership roles, helping them to explore themselves and recognise their potential. They will have the opportunity to face fear, find solutions, respect the opinions and points of view of others, be creative, get active, learn how to stay safe and respect and value beautiful and challenging outdoor environments.

Build your portfolio

During the camp we will provide learners with material to help them complete some of the main requirements for their portfolios, particularly in regard to Outdoor Recreation but also in many of the areas the curriculum covers. This will enable learners to record and document their practical exploration of LO topics.

All our staff are competent and qualified in first aid, and are able to run activities safely, and to demonstrate these principles to learners for the safe enjoyment of their own future adventures.
